1 - ENVIE D'ART GALLERY: PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA (RGPD)

Since 25 May 2018, a new European directive has imposed rules on individuals, private companies and public bodies to protect individuals with regard to the use of their personal data. This is called the General Data Protection Regulations (GDR).
This regulation applies to all companies, which in the course of their activities collect personal data on European citizens. As a reminder, personal data is information that makes it possible to identify a natural person. It can be the name, an email address, a phone number. As an art gallery, Liehrmnan Gallery is required to comply with this new legislation and to protect the privacy of its visitors and clients.

2 - DATA COLLECTION METHOD

The website www.enviedart.com of the Envie d'art gallery collects your data (name, first name, email) through the registration form for the gallery's newsletter and collects them in a non-digital register.

Inform visitors or art lovers electronically about the exhibition program

4 - RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

Envie d'art gallery keeps the personal data until the person concerned notifies us of a request to delete them or when he/she unsubscribes to our newsletter with the following link: Unsubscribe.

5 - YOUR RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA

By sending a dated and signed written request to the gallery address you have the right:
- to obtain free of charge the written communication or a copy of your personal data collected by the controller
- to obtain, as soon as possible and free of charge, the rectification of your personal data that are inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, as well as to complete them if they prove to be incomplete
- to obtain the deletion of your personal data

6 - WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?

The data collected is not disclosed to any third party without your prior consent unless it is necessary to respond to your requests or unless we are legally required to do so.
No personal data are transferred outside the European Union.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to protect and avoid the loss, misuse or alteration of information received on the website.
