This is the week when we sing about the country of love, and praise of the land of one thousand two hundred varieties of cheese, the land of lavender fields and Haute Couture, of the Mona Lisa, Piaf, and Matisse. So if you are in France on 14 July, watch the parade or the fireworks with the family, enjoy a fine Burgundy with friends, and celebrate the rich cultural heritage of France. Cocorico!
