Mood of the week: Halloween
Exhibition from 30 October to 05 November 2023
Like an organ anthem echoing through the stormy night, the last week of October lures us to misty cemeteries, Victorian houses, old abandoned theatres. And as skeletons come out of the wardrobe, ghosts play tricks on us and our nightmares suddenly seem real, we remember that it's Halloween and that it's all just a way of playing down our own mortality. Our selection of the week pokes fun at our scares; It's close to midnight, and something evil's lurking in the dark...
